Whatever you're feeling today is valid. Whatever you happen to feel tomorrow will be valid, as will everything you feel every day after that. Your feelings are valid, always.
One of the ways you can support your vitality and resiliency is finding ways to feel safe and connected to your body.
Another way is to understand the ways in which your body communicates with you + how to regulate when you're feeling overwhelmed, helpless, or hopeless.

I wish us all tight hugs, eye contact, restorative naps, warm blankets, community that asks the question, "How is your heart?," waits & listens for the answer silently. May the ground under us hold up with strength & if we need to collapse into grief, may a soft pillow be there.
