F-S 4 by 1 team of Kali Freeman, Terrion Spencer, Jett Boerger, and Torrion Bell run a 46.40 to become F-S FVC Conference Champs in the 4 by 1.

As sprinters, we talk about finishing track meets by running great 200s. Hard to do in 35 degrees at the end of the night but these F/S guys all embraced the challenge and ran P.R.s taking top 3 at the Antioch JV invite: Bell (1) 25.15, Spencer (2) 25.29, and Boerger (3) 25.76
