@brandenflasch I'm trying to convince my wife to get one, but she'd prefer the R2. I would prefer the extra seating, but she thinks it's too big. I'm still torn on my R1T versus getting an R1S.
@RouteBetter I find it kind of hard to answer, because the range combined with charging curve feels important for when I do drive distances, but mostly I drive locally.
@TheDarwking@Hilbe@Rivian The NC thing is annoying. I live in Hillsborough and was able to drive up to Richmond to get it, but being in NC put it in limbo.
@Vinnie772 @RivianSoftware I tried a few, but the one that has held up for me the best is from ProClips (https://t.co/fR6QNLFvJj). You choose the base and the phone holder separately. My wife and I opted for magnetic mounts so that it was small but either phone could be used.
@RivianSoftware I was always hesitant to use it unless it was an empty highway. I know it's minor, but I hated to re-engage after every lane change. The new update is awesome and I have been using it much more.
@RivianSoftware I received my manual tonneau about two weeks ago. Fortunately, everything arrived just fine and it works great. Worked out perfectly for my NC-MI road trip I just took.
@RivianSoftware No problem installing, but I've noticed my truck takes longer to wake up after it sure for a bit and doesn't always return from "roomy exit"
@RivianSoftware@evgonetwork Thanks, never thought about that. Not an issue, really, since I dcfc so rarely, but anything to make it easier when I do need to.
@EZebroni@Tesla@Rivian@GMC@GM I did, and would again, but the R1T. I absolutely love it. The others are great trucks, too, the R1T just did what my family needs at the moment.
@RivianSoftware I would say on a truck, a powered frunk is a big deal. On a sedan or SUV with a more traditional storage area it would be less important, but still valuable. The truck bed can be too big/loose for some things even when covered, so I prefer the frunk. Same on an R1S? I dunno.
