Good morning, MAGA folks.
Please take a look at my brand-new, fresh-off-the-press creation.
It’s Sunday night in Japan.
Once I’ve slept, woken up, and can look at my own work more objectively, I expect some minor refinements will be added—but for now, here it is…...😅

🚨WAIT… TRUMP JUST SIGNED WHAT???
I JUST READ THE ACTUAL PRESIDENTIAL MEMORANDUM ON CYBERCRIME FROM YESTERDAY…
AND THIS IS MUCH BIGGER THAN THE HEADLINE MAKES IT SOUND.
PRESIDENT TRUMP JUST CREATED A PROGRAM ALLOWING VETTED PRIVATE AMERICAN COMPANIES TO CONDUCT CYBER OPERATIONS AGAINST FOREIGN TRANSNATIONAL CYBERCRIMINAL ORGANIZATIONS UNDER THE CONTROL AND OVERSIGHT OF THE U.S. GOVERNMENT.
READ THAT AGAIN.
PRIVATE U.S. COMPANIES.
OFFENSIVE CYBER CAPABILITIES.
FEDERAL DIRECTION AND OVERSIGHT.
AND THE MEMORANDUM ACTUALLY DEFINES A “CYBER EFFECTS OPERATION AS ACTIVITY THAT CAN RESULT IN THE:
“MANIPULATION, DISRUPTION, DENIAL, DEGRADATION, OR DESTRUCTION”
OF INFORMATION SYSTEMS, NETWORKS AND INFRASTRUCTURE.
🤯
IT ALSO AUTHORIZES CYBER SURVEILLANCE OPERATIONS DESIGNED TO COLLECT INTELLIGENCE WHILE REMAINING UNDETECTED
INCLUDING ACCESS TO INFORMATION SYSTEMS WITHOUT THE OWNER’S AUTHORIZATION.
AND THERE’S SOMETHING ELSE…
PART OF THE OPERATIONAL FRAMEWORK IS IN A CLASSIFIED ANNEX.
DOJ.
DHS.
STATE.
TREASURY.
DEPARTMENT OF WAR.
THE INTELLIGENCE COMMUNITY.
THE NSA.
THE CIA.
THE JOINT CHIEFS.
THEY’RE ALL NAMED IN THIS MEMORANDUM.
THIS ISN’T JUST ANOTHER “CYBERSECURITY” ANNOUNCEMENT.
THE UNITED STATES IS FORMALIZING A GOVERNMENT-CONTROLLED PROGRAM THAT CAN PUT PRIVATE AMERICAN CYBER CAPABILITIES ON OFFENSE AGAINST FOREIGN CYBERCRIMINAL NETWORKS.
NOW THE QUESTION I’M ASKING IS…
WHO ARE THEY PREPARING TO GO AFTER? 👀
I’LL PUT THE ACTUAL WHITE HOUSE MEMORANDUM BELOW.
READ IT YOURSELF.

A government intelligence tool designed not merely to WATCH surveillance footage…but potentially ALTER the record of what happened.
Why would an intelligence agency possibly need that?
The 4-Byte Fingerprint: Everything You Write with AI is Now Trackable
Every document you generate through an AI gets marked. Not visibly. Not in metadata. But embedded directly into the words themselves, invisible to the human eye. Four bytes. That's all they need. One tiny reference number woven into your writing that links every page back to you.
How it works:
A 4-byte code is 32 bits of data. That's enough to create billions of unique IDs. Think of it as a serial number encoded into word choice. You write naturally. Your reader sees no difference. But buried in your synonym selections, in the verbs and adjectives you pick, is a hidden marker that says "This came from user 2847."
On a single A4 page, that's just four word swaps scattered throughout. "Improve" instead of "enhance." "Discover" instead of "find." "Begin" instead of "start." "Verify" instead of "check." No reader notices. The text flows. It sounds authentic. But the code is there.
The surveillance angle:
Once this system is live, every document you create is permanently linked to your account. You can't delete it. You can't hide it. You can rewrite the entire page, but unless you rewrite it so thoroughly that it becomes a different document entirely, the watermark survives. And even if you try to remove it, the attempt itself becomes evidence. A tampered watermark proves someone was trying to cover their tracks.
This means AI-generated content stops being anonymous. It stops being deniable. Whatever you write, design, code, or create through Claude or any AI using this system gets tagged with your ID and stored in a registry. Ten years from now, someone could pull up a document and instantly know it came from you.
Why you can't get rid of it:
To truly erase the watermark, you'd need to rewrite 10 to 15 percent of the document with different word choices. But here's the problem: you don't know which four words encode the ID. So you'd have to rewrite dozens of words at random just to have a chance. The more you change, the more obvious it becomes that the text is artificial or hastily altered. A forensic comparison would catch it immediately.
Even worse, if the system uses redundancy (hiding the code two or three times), you'd need to find and fix all instances. Miss one, and the watermark extracts perfectly. And if you change too much, you've essentially written a new document. At that point, what was the point?
The registry:
The four bytes don't contain your name or email. They're just a pointer to a database. Database lookup says "ID 2847 equals [your account]." If you claim you didn't write something, they check the watermark. It points back to you. If someone else claims they wrote your work, the watermark proves them wrong. If someone tries to steal your document and forge a different watermark, they have no way to generate a valid one without the encoding key.
What this means:
Once this becomes standard, anonymity in AI writing ends. Every prompt you send, every document you refine, every output you publish carries your fingerprint. You can't claim ignorance. You can't plausibly deny authorship. You can't sell stolen AI work as your own. The watermark makes it technically impossible.
It's not surveillance in the sense of reading what you write. It's deeper than that. It's the ability to link every piece of content you touch back to you, forever, with zero ambiguity. Four bytes. That's the cost of using AI now.
Every step was designed to inflict maximum harm:
Splicing HIV into a coronavirus.
Blocking access to hcq and ivm.
Removing NAC from the shelves.
No early treatment.
Respirators that kill 90% of patients.
Seeding nursing homes with Covid+ patients.
Blanket DNR orders for the disabled.
"15 days to flatten the curve" that slowed the rate of natural immunity.
Closing schools for two years.
Masks that reduce oxygen.
Shutting down gyms.
Keeping liquor stores open.
Closing hiking trails and parks thus preventing people from getting vitamin D.
Remdesivir and Paxlovid that are expensive, useless, and deadly.
The most toxic and deadly vaccines in history on a new platform that will never work.
Billions of dollars spent on propaganda to convince people to accept every step of this nefarious plan.
Firings, censorship, and blacklisting of critical thinkers.
Covid is a world war, launched by the ruling class, against humanity.
@grok, here is my screenshot of the video that you analyzed. You claim there are no brand names shown. Can you read the brand name of this product? I’m just curious at this point because other videos that you analyzed — you could easily grab names off the products used. What do you think?
