@provocity @UtahDNR can Provo urge residents to keep gutters clean & free of debris & the stagnant water it creates? My neighborhood has terrible gutters that became a breeding ground for mosquitos & bugs last yr. So gross & it draws bats. The city vacuumed 1x but it needs more.

In what ways do you feel unwelcome in SLC? When was the last time an event you attended w your kids received a bomb threat?
