So Boeing murders 200 people by designing self-hijacking planes mostly out of sloppiness/greed then refuses to ground the planes out of evil/greed, killing 150 more & after hiring a very Jeffrey Epstein-adjacent legal team negotiates a sweet "Deferred Prosecution Agreement" that lets them 99.9% off the hook but they're so sloppy that on the last day of the DPA they deliver a plane without any bolts holding in this big chunk of the fuselage & the chunk flies off and that doesn't in and of itself violate the DPA but then they basically delete all the surveillance footage that would show who worked on the plane and refuse to cooperate meaningfully in the investigation so the DOJ starts thinking shit man maybe they did against all odds violate the DPA and the 350 victims' families hire Virginia Giuffre's lawyer to try and get some legit justice this time and after much time and deliberation 6 years after the Ethiopia Airlines crash DOJ is like, ok what about this thing that's a little like a DPA but also different, it's called a NON prosecution agreement?
