@IRCTCofficial poor service. It's not value for money. AC 1 coaches and sleeper coaches have no difference because the toilets are equally dirty. The berths have dirt as if the train was abandoned for ages. No staff was present even the attendant was not interested in helping out

We cleaned out berths, mopped the floors and now guess we will have to clean the toilets too as we pay to clean others' dirt. Civic sense is not present in everyone but from the source station, clean train coaches and washrooms are expected.
All the complaint numbers are useless
