A Heritage Lottery Funded project dedicated to inspiring young and disadvantaged people through traditional boat building & sailing both now, and in the future.
Last week Boleh had a very special visitor, HRH Princess Anne. A very special day with all of our supporters, funders and beneficiaries coming together to celebrate the recommissioning of Yacht Boleh for her continued charitable work.

We’re happy to say our lead Skipper Richard Metcalfe, with Boleh volunteers and friends, successfully extricated Boleh from Birdham Pool last week, returning her to her Haslar operating base.

Boleh is now bedded down at Birdham for her winter maintenance which will be carried out thanks to a generous grant from the Nuffield Trust and a welcome donation from our steadfast supporter the Payne-Gallwey Charitable Trust.

‘Two fantastic days sailing’ put smiles on the faces St Jude’s School pupils who were among the last to experience a day out in Boleh this Season.
We look forward to renewing our relationship with our Gosport, Fareham and Portsmouth friends next year.
We're thrilled that Boleh has at last been able to celebrate the postponed anniversary of her arrival in Salcombe from Singapore on 1 September 1950. We hope to post more coverage of Boleh’s historic return to Salcombe shortly.
