@ChargePointnet Called CP to get a charger reset. Gave the requested ID number of the charger. They asked "Is this in the US?"
Really? You don't even know where your chargers are?
Then they asked for the zip code of the town the charger was located. .... omg.....

Better customer service too.

I don't know if anyone cares but Lyft (and probably Uber) have NO SUPPORT for you as a passenger or driver.
If you have a problem-- they ignore you. There is NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM.
You and your money are on your own....
