Day 290 (Part 1): This morning I was invited by Bolton Guild Of Help to their “Share to Care” Event.

The event was part of the Guild’s 120th anniversary celebrations and was supported by the Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust.

It brought together over 30 support organisations who provide assistance and information to Bolton’s military community, including veterans, their families, current service members, and reservists.

The Guild has a long history of supporting the local military family, offering services such as emergency aid, mental health support, and assistance with housing and energy costs.

Another brilliant Bolton organisation doing amazing things for our town and borough.

It was a privilege and huge honour to host some of Bolton's Ex-National Servicemen at our Veterans Christmas Dinner on Saturday.

A special thank you to the Bolton Sea Cadets who gave us such fantastic help and to the Bolton Hoover Band who provided our festive entertainment and got us singing 🎄

🥪 Bolton Lunches exists to help families over the summer holidays by providing children aged 4-18 a free packed lunch
