@RichyMiD More 110+. The Job is Great, but Training, electronic Training, drill etc makes it almost unsustainable. Some great skill sets in the On-Call but often ignored. Toppled with lack of progression, disadvantaged trying to migrate over to WT. WT looks like retirement in some FRS’s.
