@SpursOfficial Fair play to the Lewis's, Vinai and all those involved in getting these deals across the line. They've acted swiftly and decisively to put the wrongs right and are putting the football first and have been true to their word.
@UtdLicha25 First option is Madrid if they can't get Enzo Fernandez. Mendes is dragging it out until then. If that move doesnt materlise, then he'll push him to whoever coughs up the most on wages/agent fees and of course a fee and payment structure West Ham are happy with.
@JamesDavies1212 Don't be surprised if he ends up going somewhere other than Utd or Spurs. He is an option for another club if they cannot get their primary target and they've told his agent to sit tight for now.
@SpursOfficial Hope the links to Gakpo are not true. He is not the profile of player we need. Pace and close dribbling ability is key out wide and he falls short on both of those.
@HotspurLane He is alright but hasn't got the lightning pace or elite close dribbling skills to consistently pose problems. Best from the left cutting in and has a good shot on him but he is a bit too head down running into blind alleys a lot of the time. Personally would be looking elsewhere
@Talking_spurss Please no. Would be a Bergwijn type of signing and we need to be targeting a different profile of player. There's a reason why the successful teams in the league have wide players with genuine dribbling ability and pace and Gakpo isn't that.
@SpursOfficial The club needs to face facts. We can't/won't spend huge amounts on a single player (ยฃ80m-ยฃ90m+). So when we have a young player on our books who could potentially develop into a big monney player, we absolutely need to hang onto him and give him a chance.
@SpursOfficial This. Would be utterly foolish letting him go. Arsenal built up Saliba and we need to be doing the same with Vuskovic. If this happens, just further confirms the club is a mess internally.

@SpursOfficial Utterly laughable. Vuskovic is going to Brighton as part of the deal for Van Hecke. A young highly coveted defender with a high ceiling and we are getting rid of him. The club has lost the plot. ENIC, Vinai, Lange......they do not know what they are doing!
@SpursOfficial Letting Vuskovic would be one of the dumbest decision the club has ever made but nothing surprises me with these owners and recruitment team. They don't know what they are doing as was clear from last season.
@SpursOfficial So noises Vuskovic could potentially be going to Brighton as part of a deal for Van Hecke. This would be poor on our part and would confirm that ENIC amd that clown Lange (what is he still doing here?) haven't a clue what they are doing.
@SpursOfficial Charrington...a guy who apparently didn't know how many players take the field for a game of football. Absolutely laughable we have these people heading us up. Until we are rid of ENIC, nothing changes. Having them at the wheel is like going into a Formula One race with a go kart
@SpursOfficial Bottom line....ENIC cannot compete with the clubs towards the top of the league and will never be able to. When Vinai walked in we finished 17th and somehow he thought we'd go from that to competing for Europe. These management consultants have no clue.
@SpursOfficial Lewis's say they have no interest in selling. Basically means the club will be going no where. They talk of the club needing a reset and the actual football not being put first under Levy. Yet they were happy to sign off on his huge pay and bonuses. They take te fans for fools.
@SpursOfficial So few noises Ben Davies is getting a new contract. This is why we will never move on as a club under ENIC. Giving a contract to a player who is done and never moving on. Funny how these players hang around no matter who the manager is.
@SpursOfficial At least we see an acknowledgement of how Levy and his cronies were not putting the football first. Pretty obvious to be fair when 3 out of our 4 signing in the summer of 2024 we're teenagers. Most demanding league in the world and he thought we could get away by doing that.
@SpursOfficial ENIC do not have deep in enough pockets to make us consistently challenge. That is just fact. They are now holding us back and nearly got us relegated.
