Disappointed in @TatesBakeShop. Ordered something, they sent the wrong thing & I've called 4X to get it for Hanukkah & told "we'll have someone get back to you" & still NOTHING-no call, no email, no correct gift. Love the cookies but HATE the customer or should I say lack thereof
