A friend who has a huge following is going to start posting 2- we’re discussing it all atm..@ZARA need to be held accountable, so many ppl have been treated awfully.

Why can the m’geress of the Duke of York Square branch refuse a return bc it needs ironing? Is this now a policy? Please direct me 2 a sliding scale on the site that advises on the ‘number of creases’& where this bizarre condition is stated. Ridiculous.

@ZARA_Care I visited the store on May 21st in the afternoon. The rest of my return was under the returns number 339770829. You maybe able to find the exact time from your records.
Could you confirm that your T&c’s do stipulate that returns will not be accepted if they need an iron.

@nanzbulbulia @ZARA_Care @wendyknowler This is interesting. They refused a return of mine… complete with tags and receipt and within return time frame.
Refused it because they said it needed ironing !
What an absolute joke.

@ZARA_Care took an item back to store yesterday. Obviously unworn with tags on and receipt.
You wouldn’t accept the return bc it was creased!!!

Please explain this policy & direct me to where on your site it confirms returns should be fully ironed b4 returning
