過去に家庭内などで「人の機嫌を読み損ねると危なかった経験」がある人ほど、他者の些細な変化（声のトーンなど）に対して常にアンテナを張る『過覚醒状態』になる
「反応しないようにする」より、新しく趣味など「没頭できるもの」を作り、"自己を育てる意識"がお勧め
