@opynxe @pikocriss @PavlosJoe I tried turning multi-player back on after I start the encounter to invite a friend but as soon as they join your lobby and go into the Dark Zone, Phoebe dissappears so its solo only.

I play on Xbox and if you go to settings on the dashboard and turn off multi-player, Phoebe will spawn within 1 minute evrytime you reset the server. Takes me about 10 minutes per run solo (dont have Primodona) with Shroud. Gotten about half a dozen Vertigos and a dozen of backpacks. Still looking for Sons and Steel...

@reduced2stone @Maverick__CW On Xbox if you go to settings and turn off multi-player, you will get Phoebe after every lobby reset. It's a lonely fight but there's no wait time (takes longer to kill too though).
