@AngelaRoquet hi, I’m just wondering if you know why Death Wish doesn’t appear as an ebook in Kobo (either in the UK or US stores), although it’s there as an audiobook, plus all the other Lana Harvey books are present? Seems like it’s been accidentally missed out 😔

@thestorygraph hi, sorry if this is the wrong place, but I’ve signed up for the free trial of TSG+ and I can’t vote or comment on other people’s ideas in the roadmap. I noticed it had the login/signup link, but clicking on that takes me to a page saying plus is already active

@thestorygraph Ok, I cleared the website data for https://t.co/KuPyE0yJOY (pic 1), logged out of the app (pic 2), closed all TSG pages I had open in safari, launched a new page, went to https://t.co/Enu86CyvA5, clicked on Login/Signup, and back to the you-need-to-be-plus page (pic 3) 😔

@thestorygraph I get taken to the page (the second image in my original tweet) saying “We're sorry! Only users with an active subscription to our Plus plan can vote or comment on the roadmap.” and at the same time the buttons say “Plus activated”.

@thestorygraph I also tried launching roadmap from the same page I was logged into TSG, but still the same. Weird! I can’t think of anything else to try on my end, but am happy to try if you can think of anything I’ve missed! Usually clearing the cache does the trick, but not this time! 😔

@thestorygraph I closed all open TSG pages, cleared the website data from safari, then went to safari and launched https://t.co/TWP09KvRn1 and logged in. Then I opened a second page and launched https://t.co/Enu86CxXKx. Same thing: login/signup still present, still can’t vote on things :(
