@JohnnyDTOM@VulgarityBrand@ObviousRises they arent similar tho. they differ in diet, behavior, biology (ex: sexual maturity). Human differences are almost exclusively phenotypical in nature. There is no study I know of that suggest a severe difference in behavioural and biological traits of different populations.
@VulgarityBrand@JohnnyDTOM@ObviousRises Importantly Fst doesnt even look at the whole genome. It looks at the variant positions and how much variance is between/in populations. Shared genome is a greater indicator for when there was a divergence. Eitherway both are things taken into account for species classification.
@VulgarityBrand@JohnnyDTOM@ObviousRises the fst rate between wolves and coyotes really depends on what population you sequence. Studies suggest a constant admixture wolves and coyotes to the degree that there isnt even such a thing as a full coyote https://t.co/a4RKPlGHJb. Fst talks about genetic variance which i wasnt
@JohnnyDTOM@ObviousRises We are the same species we are just genetically insanely close to eachother. With prehistoric genetic bottle necks of under 1000 individuals. there is only a 0.1% difference in genetic makeup between any two individuals. Dogs and coyotes for example have atleast 1,2% difference
@Bre63450643@Ryanhakurei@Tostky @WorldDarkWeb2 saying this like pedos dont diddle little boys too. I dont know how it is in USA. In Germany, the parent takes the child to their (parent sex) respective bathroom. Dad would take their daughters on the men bathroom together.
