@OrlyKlapholz Indeed! Hard (time consuming/messy) programmatic decisions need to be made instead of expecting "osmosis" for these students to access content and develop English. These undertaught/servedm can end up as long-term ELs. Teachers need support, & districts need knowledge & courage.
