La signature de ce prétendu "protocole" entre le père (gouvernment congolais), le fils (FDLR), et le mauvais esprit (l'idéologie du génocide) n'est en rien conforme aux Accords de Washington, qui ne le prévoit nulle part. Et pour cause, les génocidaires FDLR ne sont pas une partie à ces Accords; ils en sont plutôt l'objet.

Il s'agit donc ici d'une grossière manipulation de Kinshasa et de ses suppôts, d'une manœuvre dilatoire de la RDC pour essayer de s'extirper de son obligation sécuritaire principale qui, selon le Concept des Opérations (CONOPS) et son Ordre Opérationnel (OPORD), devait être accomplie dans une période de 90 jours.

Pour finir, je rappellerais que depuis la signature des Accords de Washington le 4 décembre 2025, le gouvernement de Kinshasa a non seulement intensifié son soutien militaire aux FDLR, dont une grande partie est d'ailleurs intégrée dans son armée, mais aussi accéléré l'organisation politique de ce mouvement génocidaire, en faisant appel à quelques politiciens liés à l'ancien regime et vivant en Europe, principalement Jean-Luc Habyarimana, Fabien Singaye, Thomas Nahimana et Thadée Kwitonda.

En conclusion, les gesticulations médiatiques de cette trinité malfaisante sont un non-évènement.
