Customer services sending us 30 mins away! And will compensate £75, but offer new customers free retainers!

What is going on with @Missguided @Missguided_help ??? I ordered an outfit 27th May for next delivery, still not arrived. Returned an order 3 weeks ago, contacted them 2 weeks ago and they said I’ll get funds by 1st June - still nothing & the website is shut down!!!
