@AskeBay customer told me that he never received item - i issued a refund - a day later customer messaged me that item has arrived.

What can i do to get the money i lost? In messages they admitted they received it but refund already gone through. Frustrating

@AskeBay hello i have been selling for a while now and everything is good. Lately however i keep getting refund requests because of royal mail late delivery's. Can Ebay be a bot more lenient with the delivery times? On the royal mail website it has the affected postcodes.

@AskeBay I'm pretty sure that the seller gave a tracking number that doesn't exist. Is there anything that can be done?
It has been delivered i am the buyer and i am happy with the item.
