When you realize that Jesus fed 5,000, but only 500 followed him after the meal. He had 12 disciples, but only 3 went farther into the garden, and only 1 stood by him at the cross. The closer you get to the cross, the smaller the crowd becomes.
You ain't a G until you lose it all, watch everything fall apart... Have the closest person switch up on you and still stand up, hold your head high, grind, take chances, and get it all back.
BREAKING🚨: Heartbreaking news out of Memphis, Tennessee 😢
Police have recovered the remains of three young children, estimated to be between 3 and 7 years old, from a vacant field in the Hickory Hill area.
Memphis Police Chief C.J. Davis announced Wednesday that investigators found two skulls and 14 additional human bones.
The discovery began with an anonymous caller reporting a possible human skull near a wooded area. During the search, a K-9 unit alerted officers to a nearby drainage pipe. A camera inspection on April 1 revealed a second skull inside the pipe, and the following day a more thorough search turned up the 14 additional bones.

Kevin Garnett says every young player looks exactly the same nowadays because of their trainers
"Everybody looks the same. I can tell the trainer that’s training everybody, he’s training everybody... everybody look the same. Everybody stepping back three or four times. I get it, when you got to do it, you get it. But man, it’s other sh*t you can do. Ain’t nobody stepping back right! And if you are, you looking amazing. And if you can hit that, you’re amazing.
Ain’t no eye location. You don’t know what you looking at. Your head don’t come up. You still in the move and then you go to shoot. Ain’t nobody taking one second to pause at the top of their shot and let go. Motherf***er ain’t following through. They don’t even know what finger they looking at. What scope are you looking down when you go to shoot? N***as is just playing. It’s like putting a bunch of motherf***ers, shaking the jar, and then watching. Ain’t no education, ain’t no thinking going into it."

“I’m attracted to the dark side of greatness. The gap between a hero and a villain is very similar to the gap between winning and losing and good to great. The gap is so much closer than people think. It’s the very small fundamental details that separate you,” Joe Mazzulla
The immeasurable value of fundamentals.
Mike Tomlin shares the #1 tool every leader needs and the notecard that sits on his desk.
"One of the number one tools that we have is listening."
"As leaders, we gotta continually listen. We gotta continually be open to new and different ideas that might be different than ours - that might move us and the group that we lead forward."
Then he revealed something powerful:
"I have a notecard that's on the corner of my desk that says, 'Listening is a skill.'"
"I leave it on the corner of my desk because I want to remind myself that things that are skill-related - you better continually acknowledge."
"You can work at it and get better. You can also get worse."
Skills don't stay sharp on their own. They require attention.
"It's like swinging a golf club. It's a skill-related thing."
"I try to treat listening with the same level of respect. I want to continually work at it and hone my talents in that area."
"Part of good leadership is being open to ideas and understanding that great ideas and innovative thought oftentimes comes from those that you lead."
"That's something I'm always working at. I challenge other leaders to do the same."
Listening isn't passive. It's a skill you sharpen or lose.
The best leaders never stop working at it.
