🚨The body of a 69-year-old American man was discovered on Tuesday afternoon in the bathroom of an eight-story luxury hotel in Na Jomtien in Pattaya, with a plastic bag over his head, black adhesive tape around his neck, and his hands handcuffed behind his back. The police have identified the victim, but The Pattaya News has chosen not to disclose his name pending contact with his family and embassy. He was found curled up on the floor of room 608 on the hotel's sixth floor, his head wedged against the bathroom door. He was wearing only green shorts. Forensic doctors estimate he had been dead for at least 24 hours.
