To usher in the New Year, just before 2am, 1.5 mi N of Clifton Park Center, we had an apparent cloud to ground lightning strike immediately followed by a loud crack of thunder, then a heavy downpour. At 2am the temp had fallen to 35F.

I measured 6.0” of snow 2mi N of Clifton Park Center approximately 4pm EST on Thursday 112824.
The snow was quite wet, settled and melted some while falling.
