🌸JP Longevity Tip: Don't eat the convenience store bento box meals sold at Japanese stores (e.g. Lawson, FamilyMart). These are loaded with preservatives and sodium (and microplastics), and offer few phytonutrients or real dietary fiber. It's cheap for a reason🤔
