We appreciate Governor Hochul's inclusion of critical pro-business recommendations outlined in the 'Blueprint for New York – Creating a Roadmap for Change' report in her 2026 State of the State and the Proposed Fiscal Budget.

The report was compiled after a full year of focus groups with over 500 business leaders and 40 associations.

We urge the legislature to work with the governor this year to enact pro-business policies and reforms.
