It still has most of its powers but maybe a part of it "died" when Jugram was forced to use Letzte Stil. This could tie in with how the arrow is later able to hit Yhwach even through the Almighty

Also Aizen just negates tsukuyomi because his reiatsu is so much more powerful than madaras own strength. Madara gets neg diffed

Limbo clones aint doing shit to him either since he can at bare minimum sense them and he has no trouble fighting multiple enemies, especially weaker one
