And he could get charged for that one even in his own home. The missing proof is of the prior incident in Sept which provides the basis for police response Saturday.

I've tried county clerks, supreme court, justice court, online NY warrant and arrest search, ny DV case search, and NOTHING is coming up for Sept. I'm not interested in picking sides but shouldn't there be a written record?

I have searched high and low and have not been able to find anything for an "Alexander Booth" in Sept and neither can any @PutnamCountyGov official i have reached

@BCO17582 All of those are alleged until the court cases are done, verdict announced and sentence passed. It's fine if you've already made up your mind, but the cases aren't done.

@gunpolicy do you have an update on your fundraising for and potential support of #WhiskeyWarrior556? Details are hard to come by and @putnamsheriff cancelled their conference. No case info yet in any courts i could contact.
