Your deciding vote on one bill includes an IRS focus on TIP-BASED JOBS - yet now you say they wouldn't have to pay a tax on tips.

You RAISE TAXES, increase reliance on the government and drive more jobs overseas - which leads to MORE reliance on the government, MORE taxes, and less and less healthy economy.
