I’ve bought my last fire tablet from @amazon . I’ve had 6 of them the last a 10 HD. I find they last a little over a year and just stop working. Not going to spend my money on another one.

@AmazonHelp Yes. I’ve tried all that. At least 3 different cables and cubes charging through my computer worked for a little while. But it is currently dead.

@AmazonHelp I was told to do a hard reset but that I needed a charge of 30%. My tablet was at 7% but after being plugged in all day with a lightning bolt in the battery icon it still won’t charge. Currently at 0%

@AmazonHelp I was offered a discount on a new one. But I’m not interested. I took exceptional care of mines and it no longer holds a charge. I have an older smaller one that Still works. I just wanted to upgrade to a larger screen.
