I've spent 1 1/2 decades working in education & I've noticed that collaboration is marked high up on the list of skills schools emphasize that makes us stronger.

Yet Western society as a whole is individualistic.

Whereas Asia's society is communal.

No wonder the future is Asia

Most burnout isn’t from working too hard.

It’s from working hard on the wrong things.

Clear thinking simplifies decisions.
