2. ⁠என்ன தான் தொலைநோக்குத் திட்டங்கள் , ஒட்டு மொத்த வளர்ச்சி என செயல்பட்டாலும் அவை ஒரு பொருட்டல்ல . முதலமைச்சர் என்பது ஒரு பதவி . அதில் ஒரு அல்லது சில குடும்பங்கள் தொடர்வது ஏன் இவங்க மட்டும் இருக்கணுமா என்ற பொதுபுத்தியில் எதிர்க்கப்படுகிறது . காசு அடித்தாலும் பரவாயில்லை , அடித்தவனே அடிப்பதற்கு பதில் இன்னொருவன் அடித்தால் கொஞ்சம் எரிச்சல் குறைவு .
3. பரவலான வளர்ச்சி , சமூக நலம் , நாளை பலன் தரும் முன்னெடுப்புகள் , கட்டுமானங்கள் இவையெல்லாம் ஒரு பொருட்டே அல்ல . சொல்லப்போனால் ஒரு மருத்துவமனையோ , நூலகமோ , பேருந்து நிலையமோ , பாலங்களோ முன்னெடுப்பவர்கள் மீது ஆதரவுக்கு பதிலாக இதில் எவ்வளவு பணம் விளையாடியிருக்கும் என்பதே வெகுஜன எண்ண ஓட்டமாக இருக்கிறது . மாறாக இவை எதையும் முன்னெடுக்காமல் தேமே என இருப்பவர்களையே மக்கள் விரும்புகிறார்கள் .

எதையும் ஒப்பிட்டுப் பார்க்கும் அரசியல் பார்வை குறைபாடுள்ள , சமநிலை வளர்ச்சி குறித்த பொறாமையும் எரிச்சலும் கொண்ட நிலைக்கு தமிழகம் வந்துள்ளது . இது உணரப்பட்டு மாறுவது இப்போதைக்கு நடக்க வாய்ப்பில்லை .
