@DavidRussel (1) Hi David! The holidays have us moving a little slower (too much turkey maybe?), but I can confirm that the package was received on 12/15/2018. Generally we wrap up processing in 5 business days but we ask to allow a bit more time!

USPS tracking records show a shipment is "out for delivery today, 12/24/2018." Please allow 3 - 5 business days for us to inspect your shipment. Once your order has completed processing, an automated email is sent & payment will issue within 1-2 business days.
