@StarWarsDaily_ Vastly overrated. He’s not bad but for SW he seems to only have 2 settings; Maul and Ahsoka, when he’s not using them he rarely explores other characters like Dooku or Windu. To me he feels likes he’s a better ambassador for SW than anything else

@AvatarKyber @AsheSchow A lot of the best bits of Luke in current canon is from the OT expanded stuff. Even this here feels more in line with the Shattered Empire comic. Luke honestly gets so little from current canon, same with Han and Leia

@Fictiontokk Truth is just about every iteration of a character is someone’s favorite. To me Cavill works better than Cornsweat, to others none of them will match Reeves or Welling and the same with Batman. These are all valid takes on the same basic character

When they see the Crest it means everything is going to be all right. “So they know we’re the good guys” feels likes it’s just a job. That’s my take and maybe it’s too simple for me, like I feel I’m supposed to laugh more than anything

@dcrowleyprod They were all bad ideas and made even worse because there’s no real attempt to explore them. TC and BioRegen are superficial shakeup and destroying Gallifrey was shock value

@bobizgrate @dcrowleyprod It honestly should have been rare and with the understanding that the previous incarnation loses certain Time Lord abilities. Actually just make them a normal Gallifreyan. They may as well give Gallifrey and the Kandor treatment and put it in a bottle aboard rhe TARDIS

@MajinPulon If the movie had played up his guilt and shame over the loss of his students I’d say it would feel better that he’s in exile. Also, make it that the darkness he sensed was Ben but Palpatine and I think it can make more sense overall

@DoctorWhoWorld_ That the Timless Child opens the door for more stories. The only Doctor it adds anything to is the Fugitive. All those other incarnations, even the Morbius Dooctors if you want to count them, add nothing to the story but putting the character somewhere the shouldn’t be

In Classic Who, the Doctor had six alien companions (two of them Time Lords), two robots and a bunch of companions from the past and future. But in NuWho, everyone except Nardole and Jack is from present day England 🤦‍♀️ Why are they so afraid of variety? #DoctorWho

@jadexskywalker I can see that definitely. Rose getting her own Doctor, Clara just loving forever, 14 getting everything at the end of the day. Like the last great tragic ending was the Ponds wasn’t it?

@DoctorWhoWorld_ Not really. I wanted to but she just didn’t work for me, there were few moments where she felt like the Doctor to me and the scripts didn’t work. It felt like a lot of wasted opportunities to really show her as the Doctor
