@TLRailUK I had a return ticket Huntingdon to Salisbury outward Monday, return Tuesday which I never used as no trains home on Tuesday 19th (drove there Mon and back Tues instead) and the same again Huntingdon to Norwood Jcn today (20th). Tickets never collected, how do I claim?

@SHEIN_official I've had 2 text messages from Royal Mail saying they are delivering a package from you. I have never ordered from you and the tracking number is a different part of the country to where I live. Someone is using my phone number on an account with you.
