@TicketmasterCS how can I speak to a human please? I am blind and struggling to use your chat feature. I can’t seem to contact Anyone through Twitter. Can you please advise how I can get support? Thanks
@OfficialRandL got ticks for Sun. Need to have my guidedog to get there. Contacted you to ask if there is a secure area I can leave my dog, but no reply. Pls tell me what support you provide Guidedogs.
It is not enough just to permit them entry, they need to be kept safe.
@Lucy_Webster_@Ticketmaster I agree. Check out my latest tweets about Ticketmaster – they are absolutely awful. They treat their customers with disabilities like absolute rubbishV
No help via email. How can I progress my complaint up the chain? I would like it resolved for me and other disabled patrons going forward. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. How can you so blatantly discriminate? #Disability#Equality#Discrimination#RNIB
Hi @TicketmasterCS I am not able to resell an ‘accessible’ ticket on your ticket exchange platform. I paid the same £ as everyone else for that ticket, but the’re able to resell their ticket if they cannot attend, which I am told I am not able to do with an ‘accessible’ ticket.
Thus, if you need an accessible ticket, you do not have the same rights as other patrons. This is discrimination & you refuse to help or comment. You are penalising us for having a disability & needing an accessible ticket. This is in breach of the equalities act & poor service.
@TicketmasterCS I bought an accessible ticket for a gig I now can’t make.
I am told I can’t resell accessible tickets. This means I am not getting the same service as a non-disabled person.
Your CS team on resales are not being helpful. Please help me to resolve this issue.
@TicketmasterCS Hi, can you please tell me how to escalate a serious complaint of disability discrimination? I have emailed your team eight times and have received the exact same message back, saying they can’t help me.
@TicketmasterCS I keep responding, but they just tell me the same thing – they won’t allow resale on accessible ticket and won’t give me any money back or change the ticket.
So I can’t do the same as everyone else. Can you help?
@Etsy your app on iPhone is now completely inaccessible. It is impossible to access the basket, when running VoiceOver. Please will you fix this immediately? I am trying to buy stuff for Christmas! Thank you!
So, the Accessibility Experience Team at Twitter is no longer. We had so much more to do, but we worked hard! There aren't very many people that have had the opportunity to make such an important global platform like Twitter accessible, but we understood the mission.
Along with me, my entire engineering team has been let go. Before I get into my own thoughts, I want to honor them. If you are looking to hire some brilliant accessibility engineers, keep reading.
Making accessibility changes on such a large scale is no easy job, I know from experience.
Things changed a lot on Twitter for the better and this new development does not want to make me continue to use the platform.
It is wrong on absolutely every level. #VoteWithYourFeet
This made me so happy! I have my own unique brand of humour 😁 “Giant runaway balls cause chaos on London street” by @TelegraphLife

I am once again asking you not to treat Google’s dev•to as a source for vetted, accessible patterns.
Its post on tool-tips is… well… problematic:

Google needs to pay an accessibility expert to review its posts. It can afford to.
@siobates@Book_Fair Thank you so much for coming along! It was lovely to have such an engaged audience. I remember when only 2 or 3 people would turn up to talk accessibility – how times have changed!
