According to IRCC, right now study permit processing time from outside canada is 11weeks.
But, most of the students from Bangladesh who applied for a study permit still don't get their final decision not even after 24+ weeks later.

We Bangladeshi students, literally waiting half of a year just for final decision about our study permits.
Can you imagine "half of a year" just for a decision though the official processing time is 11 weeks. This is not fair at all.
