I just visited Jantar Mantar & saw that far from quelling the CJP protest there, by detaining Sonam Wangchuk, his detention has further ignited the protest & breathed new fire into it.
Wangchuk has staked his life for our children’s future.

Breaking news this morning: Activist Sonam Wangchuk, who was sitting on a hunger strike from last 20 days at Jantar Mantar, taken to the hospital by the police. Delhi Police claim that they are acting on court orders: truth is, court asked govt to monitor his health and not forcibly whisk him away or ask protestors to vacate Jantar Mantar. 🙏
