Yoruba people in Port Harcourt just want to buy land and build private schools, do their unisex salon, taxi, slaughter market, Oil & Gas and Mama-put businesses, take good care of your car as expert mechanics, go to work as bankers, build houses they live in and give you big big meat during their Owambe. 😁

No claiming of their host’s land as theirs, no bragging and boasting of building the City and insulting the actual owners, no expansionist agenda… they just quietly do their business while respecting, integrating and living in peace with their host.

Another thing I must add here is, all the Yoruba men and women I’ve come across in Port Harcourt are so big on humility and respect.

They should keep up with it, that is how to live in a modern world and in a cultural pluralistic society like Nigeria.
