In short @united logic is 55 Hour Trip Delay + On Hold for over 8 hours in a 36 hour period = No Problem BUT moving a 1st class seat from the left side of the aisle to the right = Unfathomable. Got it.

Great convo with @united rep after waiting 24 hours for ANY kind of response....file a formal complaint. Which I've already done, TWICE w/o a response. The absolute worst possible service. How are they allowed to be SO BAD?!? 55 hour delay. 8 hours on hold!!! #NeverAgainUnited
Gotta love @United!!! They cancel our flight and redirect us to be on a flight 12 hours later or the next day. Go online and there are no less than 4 flights that we could have booked in between that were not offered to us. Call and the call is "dropped" 5 times.
@united currently at a combined wait time of 2 hours and 45 minutes today with no less than 6 disconnects. On top of over hours last night. You gotta get this figured out, and you need to fix my flight. A 55 hour delay in our trip is unacceptable. As is the lack of service!!
