@alec_rood Oh for sure, it’s honestly ridiculous. I have had them come out like 25 times too and they tell me nothing is wrong with my equipment. Like ok then, fix the rest. I’m not just making it up that my internet goes out 3-5 times a day

I love that @GetSpectrum keeps raising my bill every year for the same services I currently have, but yet have not fixed my connection issues since I bought my house 3 years ago....Constantly having my internet speeds drop out
