I worked at a company where passwords were stupidly complicated and were changed every 45 days. I could walk into any office, lift the keyboard, and find the password written on a post-it note.
Not everyone wants you to get better.
Sometimes people feel threatened.
Your success or emotional health is a reminder of what they lack.
They benefited from “sick” you.
Heal anyway.

If you legitimately don't have time for something, what would you say? Or are you saying choose not to look at those types of things? I do better with examples 😅
