@babbel i have an issue with the app. Having offline lessons in the app is great. However, the app can't load without an internet connection, rendering the offline feature useless. Is there a way to fix this?

@babbel is it possible to move backwards to a previous slide during a lesson in the app? It would be really useful to be able to return to a particular slide without needing to repeat the entire lesson. If this isn't possible, can it be in the future?

@AskNationwide I tried that, it just directed me to call the help desk. I was hoping to find an answer here without needing to call.

@AskNationwide credit card question. If my statement is £500 (hypothetical) and I pay off £500 before the due date, but then make another £250 of purchases before the due date. Is this the same as only paying off £250 or do the new purchases not matter until the next statement?
