@GlobalEdmonton This is common practice. Especially if your car or truck was not undercoated at the factory. Perfectly normal not illegal unless not disclosed during the time of signing on the lease or finance papers. It is your responsibility to fully read the contract and the breakdown of sale

@AllergyHealth I beg to differ. Certain vaccines yes... vaccines such as fly shots, the MRNA vaccines/Covid vaccines are not safe and have caused many problems within children and adults. Sure you're a nurse and know alot of medical stuffs.... however my child has no Cov Vax, and she's fine.

@prettypatriotCA @CBCNews In comparison... we see a 200% increase in wages since 1980's and over 2000% increase in cost of living including rentals. Mortgages are gross... there is no reason a 2 or 3 bedroom house that was built in the 70's should cost over 360K.

@prettypatriotCA @CBCNews I think you need to reduce yourself.... affordable housing has been an issue for a very long time. Excessively high rental rates, more and more units being for 55+, alot of rentals were turned to Air B&B and had astronomical rates slapped on them by the home owners.

@prettypatriotCA @CBCNews I have been a renter my whole life and have watched more and more foreign landlords buying up properties... 3 bedrooms used to be less then 1800 a month... 2 bedroom in central BC are going for 1800+ utilities for an apartment or bsmt suite. Rents is up and wages have not.
