Clyde and Lisa Berger, who started dating in „The Hobbit“ didn‘t get together again after the Skankhunt arc, as shown in „Deep Learning“, with Clyde being in an on-off relationship with Bebe. Afaik only Stan and Wendy, as well as Tolkien and Nichole got back together again.

For instance in the episode „The Worldwide Privacy Tour“ we saw Francis and Kelly-Ann Barlow sitting next to each other and looking to one another.
