A majority of the Save America Act's policies could have already been passed. But Republicans filled the bill with a bunch of bullshit. They could have broken it up into multiple bills and passed the parts the American people are demanding, like proof of citizenship and voter ID. Congress needs to stop the incompetence and secure our elections. Time is running out.
