$MMTLP holders, please fill out this form. It is the first step in the process of determining if there is an imbalance in the number of shares issued and what you own. This info will determine which BDs have been playing fair, and which are culpable. Don't BS, won't work.

Based on the SEC v LBRY ruling, any cryptocurrency which meets these 3 facts is a security:

- There are large token holdings
- The holdings are publicly known
- The token is seeing active work

Unfortunately, that seems to apply to an awful lot of blockchain networks...

Congress and the SEC will use FTX's illegal fraud to crackdown on crypto and do other things they already wanted to do that have absolutely nothing to do with what caused FTX.
