After reading about the sound collector in The Phantom Tollbooth today, 4th graders learned what a Foley Artist was. Then they tried their hand at recreating a common sound using everyday items. We had crackling fire, thunderstorms, woodpeckers and so much more! #FISDQUEST

2nd graders discovered the 12 pantomime pieces by testing all the ways you can combine 5 cubes. The rules were:
1) they must share a side not a corner
2) no flips or rotations are accepted #FISDQUEST #Borchardtexpertlearners

3rd graders are showing their grit as the 11th Hour is well underway. Each team has three advice tokens they can use per class period to help ensure they are giving it their all!!
