The UK Inter-Counties Cross-Country Championships, Prestwold Hall, Loughborough, Saturday 12th March 2022.
16 Harriers will be pulling on their County vests and representing Cumbria.
It’s a great honour to wear your county colours, so have fun and be very proud of yourselves ☺️

Good luck to all athletes racing at the British Cross Challenge, Sefton Park, Liverpool.
The top athletes from around the country will battle it out in the mud tomorrow, as the race incorporates U20/Senior GB European XC Trials!

This years winner of the Steven Unwin Trophy, for the first Border Harrier to finish the Brampton to Carlisle, 10 mile road race is Mark Emmerson 👏👏
Mark finished 13th overall in a cracking time of 53:08.
Well done Mark, perfect way to end an impressive season. 🧡🖤
